Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product that does not match your original order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via support@upscvault.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Attach clear images of the damaged/incorrect product in your email.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a one-time free replacement of the product.

Replacement & Refund Process

  • Replacement will be initiated only after we receive the returned product.
  • We will issue a credit note for the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited directly to your bank account and can be used for subsequent orders.
