- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:
- The product is no longer available from our suppliers.
- There are quantity restrictions or purchase limitations as per our policies.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping information has been provided.
- Fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms has been detected.
Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel their order before it is processed by contacting our customer support team at support@upscvaut.com
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If an order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns & Refunds
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days by emailing support@upscvaut.com with supporting images.
- A one-time free replacement will be provided, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as a credit note or directly to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
